Ordered from them on the 21st thru a 3rd party. Jmf told them it would be shipped out by the 25th and be at their store by today (the 4th). 3rd party called jmf to have them only apologize and say it hasn't even been shipped yet and they would get it out by today or tmrw.
We have our own customers relying on us! This is not acceptable for your shipment to be handled in such a way. We have sense cancelled our order and will not be buying anything from you personally again.

jmf company has been very proficient in supply's relating to the all around plumbing needs of both DIY and commercial plumbing applications. i personally use and sell jmf products and have had 99.99 success rating out of the overall clearances and quality whether it is barstock removal process or forged.
