I’m usually the type to rely on word-of-mouth for home projects, so my first time using Angie’s List felt a bit uncertain. It wasn’t easy to find a reliable mason, especially after a storm left my three-car garage in Malden looking like a disaster zone with bricks scattered everywhere. That’s when I found John at JEO Masonry & Tile. Even though the damage happened right as winter was setting in, John’s calm demeanor and meticulous attention to detail immediately put me at ease. He came out to assess the site and even suggested putting a tarp on the roof to protect the area until the thaw. He only asked for a small deposit and gave me a clear timeline. When the weather finally broke, John got to work immediately. He and his crew were efficient and handled the reconstruction with real professionalism. Beyond just fixing the structure, John was genuinely helpful, offering creative ideas for the new facade and going the extra mile to ensure my specific needs were met. His communication was excellent, with timely responses to every call. If you are looking for top-tier craftsmanship and a personable contractor in the area, I highly recommend JEO Masonry & Tile.
