Airport West JB hi-fi have a large range of electrical and miscellaneous products. The staff are amazing, each and every time I have been in store they've been very helpful from finding the right product for me to setting up my phone! Keep up the fantastic work!

Had a frustrating experience with the staff here. Asked to look at dashcams and the staff member showed me the cabinet then walked away. I spent the next 10 minutes trying to find him again, or another staff member, to actually help me.

Fantastic service: I had a small problem with a defective camera I bought at JB Hi-Fi in Perth. I walked in, explained what the trouble was, 5 minutes later I walked out with a replacement device. This is what customer service has to look like! Awesome!

This is a smaller JB than most. The staff are very friendly but the range of products is a bit lacking. They have all the basics, but if you're searching for something very specific I'd check the stock online before you go to the store.

They had CD and DVD sale l went to buy $100+ of CD's and DVD's and they tell me that you don't get the sale price on the 2 together. So l brought nothing, if l was selling the stuff l would be more interested in a sale than some hypocritcal rule
