The staff is very friendly and the hours are fantastic! I don't know of many libraries that are open until 8pm. There are plenty of nooks to read your favorite books in solitude. There are also chess matches that occur Thursday and Friday afternoons. I couldn't recommend it more.

Famous Author, Louis L'Amour mentions this public library 16 times in his autobiography. Sit at the tables where he spent hours reading and learning. The library is soon celebrating their centennial and undergoing renovations which include the installation of a Louis L'Amour exhibit! This is a must stop along the trail of Louis L'Amour fans.
