Completely unacceptable service. Steve Fanning hasn t even shown up for our appointment. Called main office - apparently based in Leeds - they couldn t get through the mister. A joke of a service.

Made a complaint to Steve regarding Paul in August 2018 after the poor level of service and communication received.
Complaint still unresolved, with Steve now not even acknowledging or responding to any of my emails. Very unprofessional service received from the firm and no effort/ willingness to resolve the issues, that I have ongoing for more than a year now.
