They are thieves do not do business with them they will rob you blind.

Jackson Lee is a very rude property manager. Here's why:
1. We had problems with the person who lived underneath us. The previous manager for our place came, had a sit down with both of us and sorted the issue. Then he left after a few months and Jackson came, who immediately assumed that we were to blame. So much so that when the guy who lived beneath us came raging at us in the middle of the night banging on our windows, Jackson still assumed we were to blame and told us on the phone, that we were in the wrong.
2. Getting him on the phone is a pain. Clearly condescending, rude and with zero concerns towards handling prospective residents' issues.
3. We had emails with photographs of things that were broken when we moved in. He still charged us for the fix out of the security deposit, even when we resent him the email.
