Typical Persian generosity. Good food with large servings. I will eat there again.

Had a very small delay for reservations because of other guests. Extremely hospitable and apologised with complimentary wine. Fresh, delicious and made to order. Owner was very nice and quite a funny character.

Very friendly staff. Great help with modifying dishes for our dairy food alergies. Waiter helped us choose some lovely, tasty dishes.
Not a noisy place but plenty of guests enjoying the night. Thanks again.

The beans were very tasty but I thought their muscles were small. The bunny was very tasty too. Tea was better than a teaspoon. The lamb kebab was delicious too. We were satisfied with the prices. It was $ 5.

I am beyond shocked and annoyed, I am not even able to enjoy my meal because the rice contains barberries and it is coated in sugar which is inauthentic. Very overpriced and overrated. I m very upset that I had to pay almost $100 for 4 people who aren t satisfied.

Good quality food, clean restaurant. If you've never had Iranian food and aren't brave, it's not spicy and features lamb, chicken and beef dishes. Big, fluffy rice is common. Delicious and filling meals.

well the staff was rude and isnt willing to explain whats in the menu and as we didn't get any help in trying to understand the cusine our order turned out to be absolutely horrendous and every bite of the food was hard to gulp down. easily one of the worst fpod i've ever had in my life.

Delicious tasty Persian food, well priced and good portions. The lamb was cooked well and I m not usually a big fan of lamb. Rice was super tasty - tasted salty and buttery but not yellow. Chicken well cooked. Everything well cooked! Love it.

Had a koobideh for lunch. The meat was good but the flavours were average. The price was too high for the effort put into the dish. Not good value for money when you have to also pay $7 for a small yoghurt.

Absolutely delish didn't want to stop eating but had to stop before we explode thank you for a great experience.

truly disappointed in the food that I bought. I asked for dizzy to share and they didn t have that. I ordered the chicken and lamb with rice and tomatoe and was highly disappointed in both. Almost flavourless, I definetly wasted a heap of money. I would love a refund and would respect the restaraunt if they could do so as just not to my liking. If nothing is done about this I will continue to spread my views.

I have been a customer for the past 5 years, their quality is consistently high and they never disappoint.
I have noticed their growing customer base even out of Persian/Iranian community due to their good work.

5 stars for the customer service specially the chef. Our joje kebab took a while to prepare so we were quite irritated and about to leave but the chef explained very courteously. He defused the situation with his kindness and smile. The food was good specially the kebabs and rice. Garlic yoghurt was a bit pricey at $7. Tea was great as well.

Came in without a reservation, the place was packed but they actually moved some chairs around so that we can sit- that s great customer service and the kebap was really good too

The place was packed that Sunday, I think we were the only unfamiliar with the food! We ordered Fesenjan (chicken) and Bareh Kebab (lamb cutlets) both with Saffron rice. Highly recommended to everyone! We also tried the Doogh drink, but I think this is an acquired taste. Our desserts were Paloodeh with lemon and rose water sauces and of course the Saffron ice cream - an excellent way to end the filling meal.

Great staff, very attentive and incredibly obliging. They were able to cater for me (gluten free vegan) my 3 children who are gluten & dairy free meat lovers. My children haven t stopped raving about the food. Definitely will be back!

Disappointing service, breakfast is so overpriced, they even charge for bread, no sweet was served with tea( even plain sugar) you had to ask for every common thing you get in restaurant, staff get frustrated if we asked them to bring anything or just ignored us. Not worth the price they charge you. It was a big group of us, but they were about to charge everyone for the tea and bread was served for each table! Non sense. I recommend any other Persian restaurant, even if you have to drive a bit farther.

Nice little persian resturant with very good food and service. It's usually busy and booking the table in advance is recommended.

Food is great. However, if you go there and order for takeaway, they don't give you a number or ask you your name, and this causes some potential confusions. After ordering, I was told it'll be ready in about 15 minutes. I was standing outside of restaurant (as a result of pandemic risks) and had no idea when my order would be ready, till a friendly staff came out and delivered the meal. It was a bit confusing and can be improved by different methods. The food was delicious though.

Entee dumped on table we had to ask for Bread to go with it, she went and got the bread from another table!! food was Luke warm and terrible, Worst of all, Aussies don't seem to be welcome, . We were sat in the doorway getting slammed with the front door and also drinks fridge, aaaggghhh soo bad.

Great first time Persian food experience. The owner helped us order, meats were well grilled and tasty and the rice was so delicious (and being Asian, we've had a lot of rice).

If you like Sweet kebabs this is the place for y. My experience last 2 times i was there was not great . Once strangely my kebabs were sweet and once it had a weird oily animal taste .

Yummy food and service was warm and friendly. Loved the quality of the food, highly recommended.

4.3 - Not knowing much about Persian food but decided to bring a friend to try! It was delicious although I was slightly disappointed not to find Cherry rice on the menu so I chose another sort of berry. Yum!

The staffs are sooooooooooooo arrogant !!!!!!! Me and my partner was standing at the counter but nobody come to us !!!!!!!!! !!! Service are really terrible! Staffs are so rude not even smile or say hello ! I think they only good to their people! What a worst expirence !!!!!!NOT GONNA COME AGAIN!!!!!!!

Love this place! Food here is amazing! Good friendly staff. Phaloodeh was so good.jaam e jam ice cream is so so yummm. Best kebab with saffron rice. The taste of all the dishes are so scrumptious. It's my go to place at Hornsby. Do visit the Jaam e Jam supermarket besides the restuarant

Absolutely lovely. Amazing and helpful staff. Professionally cooked Persian dishes, more importantly they keep it consistent each and every time , if you don't like to be surprised just like I don't, and also have a taste for persia you'll love it, prices are fair also, so don't miss out.

What a lovely dining experience. Great food (big portions), fantastic service and a good price. We were celebrating a birthday and they were happy for us to bring cake. They played happy birthday which was a lovely touch. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely my personal favorite Persian restaurant! Absolutely incredible food! Wonderful portion! Wonderful service! Out of all the Persian Restaurants my family goes to this is by far the best for me. I very rarely eat koobideh, just don't like the taste. But I finish it all here! I get the special and can't even take away half to save because it is just too good. Thank you team for always pleasing! Note: it is a small restaurant and very busy so I always make a booking

Its always an awesome experience at Jam E Jam. The food is always top shelf and the atmosphere is great especially when Aza is working. She keeps it friendly and fun. We usually travel an hour to get there and it never disappoints.
