I recently had the opportunity to work with a contracting company for some gutter repairs. After doing some research, I found J-s Contracting and decided to give them a try. Overall, my experience was average.
The website, jsgutters.com, was easy to navigate and provided enough information about their services. Their pricing was also competitive compared to other companies I researched.
However, the communication with J-s Contracting could have been better. It took quite some time for them to respond to my initial inquiry, and sometimes it felt like I was being juggled between different team members.
When it came to the actual repair work, the quality was satisfactory. The team arrived on time and completed the job within the estimated timeframe. However, I noticed a minor issue with one of the gutters a week later, but getting a response from J-s Contracting to address the problem was a bit frustrating.
In conclusion, J-s Contracting is an average contracting company. They offer competitive pricing and satisfactory work, but their communication and responsiveness could be improved.
