I placed an order and they sent it to the wrong delivery address (which they have admitted.) When I finally received the order, a few things were not satisfactory. They said I could return the unwanted products for a refund. I did that. The package has been declined. Dial. They said she had to send it again, which I did, again for my account. Then nothing. But after I posted a few bad reviews, I was perfectly helped by Jeremy and he arranged a quick refund.

Great store / warehouse friendly people almost always have what I am looking for.
