J & j wire inc.

I recently ordered some products from this company and overall, I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of items. The prices were reasonable and the ordering process was smooth.

However, I did encounter some issues with the shipping. The delivery took longer than expected, and there was a lack of communication regarding the delay. Additionally, the packaging was not very secure, and one of the items arrived slightly damaged.

On a positive note, the customer service team was helpful in addressing my concerns and offered to replace the damaged item. They were responsive and apologized for the inconvenience caused.

In conclusion, while the website and pricing were satisfactory, the shipment and packaging needs improvement. I appreciate the customer service team's effort to resolve the issue, but overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average.
