This company pays workers 9.00 hr, what this company needs is to have the employees VOTE THE UNION in!!!! This is one hell of a SAD company, prospective employees please BEWARE!!! I interviewed at this company and once HR told me the pay was 9.00 hr I told HR thanks for wasting my time!!!

I worked at ITW Deltar Fasteners and it was arguably one of the BEST companies I ve worked for! The leadership team treats every employee with respect and bends over backwards to keep everyone engaged. The employees really care about doing a good job and doing the right thing. As a corporation, ITW is wonderful when it comes to taking care of their employees and NOT putting profitability first. I recently left employment at ITW because my family relocated, or I would still be working for this great company.

I would never recommend anyone to work here there a joke they treat there employees like crap and favor there favorites and pay you like crap but expect you to work your life away there and give ya no respect and they let people go for dumb reason like over moving a floor mat yes I said it over moving a floor matt cus there favorite didn't like that it was moved to got told on and they let people go over it it's a joke place to work and I wouldnt recommend working there ever I wouldn't even give them a stAR but it won't let me post this without doing it but I figured people needed to know the truth.
