The customer service at "Itjuana" definitely needs improvement 😕. I had some issues with my order and trying to get in touch with their support team was quite frustrating. The website itself is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but they need to work on their response time and communication. 🌐 The product quality is average, nothing outstanding but also not terrible. 🌿 The pricing is fair, but there are other companies that offer similar products at a better value. Overall, I would rate my experience with "Itjuana" as just average. They have potential, but they need to focus on providing better customer support. 🤔💼
