IT Kontrakt

There are few companies on the market that offer the opportunity to participate in such projects and thus gain valuable experience. The atmosphere is definitely non-corporate, and the people are nice and willing to help. Social security is assured, as in any western company, so I rate cooperation with IT Kontrakt as a big plus. :)

An unprofessional company. They contact me several times for the same thing, they turn my ass back and then silence. They don't know what's going on inside their company. They give a word and then nothing.

No health insurance given for the first two months which is a legal obligation from any employer in Poland. IT Kontrakt is not respectful of legal requirements. Moreover, they ask to sign a paper to give them money if you decide to quit the company before 3 weeks. ( Is that legal ?) Got terribly sick just after the beginning,couldn't focus at the work place, couldn't go home to sleep, couldn't see a doctor, the week I was sick at the the workplace was a nighthare, I had so much flue that I was out of my balance. They finally decided to fire me and I spent one week only sleeping then. Worst labour experience ever. Modern goulag if you are a foreigner, dont go there it's an evil trap.

I had a very poor experience dealing with IT Kontrakt. They promise bonus for successful recomendation. But in fact, bonus payment is delayed again and again. And each time the reason is not informed to me. I wrote an email to responsible person and asked about the status, but no reply was sent to me at all. Tried to communicate through another employee - again no result.
It would be better if the company does not promise any bonus at all if it can't fulfill its promise.
Yes, there might be some problems with payment, but I don't know about them due to the lack of any communication from their side during almost 3 months.
UPDATE. Finally the problem was solved.
