It's a pretty nice place to live if you have a nice landlord/roomates. There's plenty of kind neighbors and you have a rail trail right in front.

Little small and cramped for my style. My friend who is a student doesn't mind. They have a nice pool and lots if parking.

Nice place. Could use a cleaning outside. Mold on siding. And alittle paint goes along way.

Great river view, sometimes the trains banging around across the river can get a little obnoxious.

Great location, close to campus, decent pool, next to a great hike/bike trail, large rooms!

Nice location along the river although it's far from from the university and many services. There's a pool and it is right along a shady section of the rail trail with plenty of benches, wildflowers and fossil hunting spots. It's not very comfortable, though, ticky tacky construction. The stairwells are outside and the landings can be crowded with people's stuff.

We viewed an apartment yesterday that we have a new lease on. I must say I did not want to leave. My new landlord's could be my new friends.... an amazing couple. The apartment rooms were huge. I sat outside by the water and wanted to stay. Looking forward to our new journey here.

The apartments are beautiful, the price is stellar, and the view is my favorite part. Conveniently right on the walking trail!

It's a very good place to live with the river behind the apartment and a trail in front of the apartment to ride a bike or take a walk

Pretty cheap place but with some questionable construction practices. Still, price cannot be beat.

I love the proximity to the walking trail and water.
