Very bad software ! Poor customer service ...very bad logiciel ... Cancelled contract

I think that this could be a great service but then you will have access to my phone. I'm downloading your software that your keeping records of and no that it's on my phone or computer I am now open to you going thought my information. I dont like this at all.

I would recommend looking into similar services where you only pay for ACTIVE licenses and they will even do most of your setup so you can actually use the software.

It never works, always quitting, not submitting reports, "Unrecognized server response" and "Server with specified hostname could not be found" always showing even though I'm using the correct URL. I've switched phones, carriers, plans, and nothing works, I don't see how this is 5 stars, should be zero, the app sucks, as proven by the fact that there is never any operators available on the support line, hint hint. When my people call, they need help now, not when it's convenient for you. So many of my clients are pissed off at TrackTik! 0 stars.

It's over sold. Some of the features absolutely DO NOT work as demonstrated! The NFC tags were okay but the GPS tags never worked for us. The remote access feature never worked on either IOS or Android devices. The setup is labor intensive but that aside things just didn't work as they were advertised. After testing it and finding problem after problem when we gave them notice of cancellation and they hit us with a 3 month penalty. There is more to list but I'm not wasting my time. Buyer beware. I do not recommend this product at all. I'm the President of Global Security Services, we have about a 140 officers across five states.

What kind of company calls you in for an interview - then when you get there the people that are suppose to hire you one of them is missing and their is really no explanation, you are told that they will be joining in and they never show up no reason given- the person at the interview keep's calling the job an Account Mangers job even though it is a Customer Service Managers job - they even tell you the next step and when it might be. You know you can do this job eyes closed and you even check for any concerns with them, of course their are none.

The next thing you know they have gone and hired another candidate, if that is how recruitment is done, imagine how the customer will be treated and of course the response to this post will be a cookie cutter one!

The only pleasant experience I had was with the initial recruiter Claudia. I had requested for this job via Claudia !

Even when I called back to the other recruiter she was chewing and speaking with me on the phone - would you treat your client in such a way! What does it reflect about your company culture, your value's and how your treat your clients!!

I had heard so many great things about this company, but the experience has just been just terrible! If you have already made up your mind about another candidate I am happy for them - but do communicate, don't just look for what is best for you, look for what is best as a whole!

You wasted my time as well as yours!!
