Iridis Consulting Group is a consulting firm that provides fractional chief of staff services and initiative execution for growing companies. The firm builds capabilities, functions, and ventures that a company's internal team lacks the bandwidth to create, including production workflows, procurement systems, project infrastructure, PMOs, communications programs, and go-to-market engines. Past projects mentioned include developing production processes for a new product, building a podcast operation for a private equity firm, and creating a CRM system for an international manufacturer entering the US market. Engagements are offered on either an embedded retained basis or a project-based basis with a defined scope and handoff. The firm was founded by a former Director at Shore Capital Partners and is led by a Vanderbilt MBA.
