I brought a laptop here to have fixed and they had it over a month the monitor on the laptop would not come on at times and the laptop would have to be restarted several times before the screen would come on. I had reimaged the laptop with Windows 7 64 bit enterprise edition from scratch and loaded all of the proprietary software that the laptop needed. They did not even test the hardware at all, did not run any bench marks on the laptop to see what may be causing the issue. Then when they gave me back the laptop they gave me the wrong power supply I noticed it right away and they said that the power supply they gave me will work. I knew it would not due to the power of the laptop I7 sandy bride 3.4 gig processor and 10 gigs of ram. I plugged in the laptop with the power supply they gave me and received the error that this power supply was not strong enough to power the laptop. They had to order me a new power supply due to them losing mine. I strongly suggest to never have them work on your PC/laptop as they do NOT know what they are doing over there. I am lucky the laptop was under warranty so it did not cost me anything but my time. I am sure they billed Lenovo though. I will never go there again.
