the internet archive has helped me in a lot of ways, one time i wanted to know what roblox.com looked like back in 2006, and i found it. and the best part was thatt it was free. another time i had some music that was rare, that my dad gave me and we lost the cd, and then we found files of the music on our windows 7 harddrive, then the pc got a virus, so i copied the files on to my windows 10 pc and i thought if we dont put this up on the internet we could lose it forever (since no other known copies we're in the world) so i thought about posting the music on youtube, but youtube didnt support mp3's so my only free option was the internet archive. i went high and low to find a copy of the music on the internet, but there was none. so i decided to put it on the internet myself. it took a bit, but it was worth it. the internet archive has saved music that could have been lost forever. and now anyone seeking the music can find it. thank you internet archive. you have saved 50 min of music that couldn't be found anywhere else. this collage that saved books and books over time was closing and these books were about history, and black history, so the internet archive decided to do this big task, and digitalized all the books. they have saved 60 petabytes of media, and they have done a great thing. and it's all for free. please donate to them so they can keep doing what they are doing.
