Mail room is a mess. Too much heavy duty equipment. Far too loud. Manager is inept, but related to the owner, so no getting rid of the ineptitude. Assistants are just as inept & are absolute lackeys. They treat Temps like garbage & keep them temp for years. DO NOT WORK HERE
I am a truck driver was told to b here at 8 am sharp ! No one here to unload till 810 am +no restrooms for truck drivers
Is the 2017 Indiana license plate options the best you could come up with. How many days wasted on this project. All three are the same layout one with a yellow 1990's photo clip art ribbon, one just white without the ribbon, the thirds with a kids farm picture. Really? #fail
Steer clear of working in the mail room. It's a hot mess. Manager micromanaging to the point his assistant managers do not know how to function. In 6 months multiple people, good people left. The remaining employees are looking to jump ship as well. Dept manager is not doing his job. To say incompetent would be an understatement. Temp employees are given promotions and the higher salary while the permanent employees are degraded, talked down too, and verbally abused. Not a good work environment.
Presents as a pretty innovative company. Their advances towards user friendly technology is definitely inspiring and exciting.
