Overall, I would say my experience was satisfactory but not exceptional.

After Just Us Landscaping rebranded to Integrity Residential Services, we decided to give them a shot for a xeriscape project in our Jester yard back in September 2021. It’s true that the old reviews were mixed, but our experience with the new team was largely positive. Steve Berringer served as both our point of contact and the crew foreman, and he was excellent. As someone with a creative eye, I was initially hesitant that we didn’t have a formal blueprint. However, Steve managed the site preparation and the installation of the plant felt and river rock effectively. The real test came when he curated and arranged the plants from our list of about 50 favorites. He did a beautiful job of designing and placing them for our approval, and minor tweaks were implemented quickly. There was one hiccup: the irrigation subcontractor used poor-quality glue, which required Andy’s Irrigation to come in and fix the system. This extra work cost us $350, and unfortunately, they didn’t reimburse us for that expense. Despite that oversight, we are very happy with the final look of our yard. Steve is a dedicated worker who stands by his team and follows through on commitments. I would definitely hire Integrity Residential Services again, preferably with Steve leading the project.
