V well organized and good social distancing hygiene n sanitary precautions maintained, good staff from lady at desk to nurse , can t say enough good things about dr Erin Glassgow, love her from caring diagnoses treatment and understanding accommodating her pts , Thank you all for a lovely annual visit and thank you for your service esp in light of Covid-19 pandemic
They were kind and courteous. Everyone had a mask. I felt safe and taken care of

Quickly seen for my appointment. Dr Pickrell and staff showed great concern and empathy for my recent kidney surgery. Superb doctor and nurse.

Wife had major surgery. Surgeon was very cordial and thorough. Procedure went just as predicted. My wife feels better than she has felt in decades. Post op instructions were laid out for best results. I give them a thumbs up.

Integris has unleashed an automated call program that calls you to have you call them back. What sadistic person in this business made this decision? If we have business man up and have a human call me and have an explanation as to why we have business. Also bill everything in one lump sum.
The staff is friendly and professional. The new office is very nice and easy to find.

SHE IS RUDE AND DISMISSIVE. SHE RUSHES THROUGH THE APPOINTMENT NOT ADDRESSING ANY OF YOUR CONCERNS, EVERYTHING IS SURFACE LEVEL IF ITS MORE THE JUST SURFACE LEVEL HEALTH ISSUES SHE IS NOT EQUIPPED TO DO HER JOB. NOT A VERY INTELLIGENT OR KNOWLEDGEABLE DOCTOR. AND DOES NOT DESERVE ANY NEW PATIENTS.

Dr. Lori Pickrell is an excellent doctor. Her nurse, Julia, is also an excellent nuse.
I am new to Dr. Glasgow's care . Dr. Glasgow is very compassionate and knowledgeable! Her staff is very competent and helpful. I am happy to have been admitted to them for my health care.
I had a problem with my wrist swelling and I called at 8:00 AM and they were very courteous and helpful to get me right in for my appointment at 10:15 AM that morning. I was very impressed with the service that I received.
As always experience with Dr Lori Pickrell and nurse Julie was excellent. Easy check in at central reception area and check out with Dr Pickrell staff. Appreciated reminder call from Dr Pickrell s office reminding me of new location and easy directions.
This was my first appointment with my new physician. She was very professional and she had a great bedside manor. Asked me if I had any questions or concerns. I was not looking forward to changing physicians, but when I left her office, I felt like this was going to be a good fit
Dr. Virdi is amazing. There were some scheduling issues that should not have happened but none of that is her fault. We've put measures in place to ensure that it doesn't happen again.
