Premium cost, medocre response.
I am a current customer. Had out earlier this year to upgrade phone system. But now new phones require newer firmware (frustrating but not their fault). We were trying to get them out after hours and had them scheduled last week for tonight. They cancelled today for the maintenance tonight. On top of that, they will not send me the files to do the upgrade myself. (Note that I've been in the IT and Telephony industry for 20 years and worked with and upgraded Mitel, Shoretel, Cisco, Avaya, Panasonic, Allworx, and even done some VXML programming on Voxeo...point being, I've worked directly with Mitel for over a decade and know their systems and can handle a minor revision update like this)
After paying for several years of service contracts and rarely needing anything, I am beginning to get tired of paying a premium for mediocre service.
(I am willing to update this review if they change)
