Only 1 person was working, but he walked me through tuning my skis, and got me all ready in under an hour to go skiing the next day (skis had mounts, just needed adjusting). Very nice, knowledgeable, and great experience.
I called 4 times while they were open and the calls went to voicemail after they called the day before.
