I couldn't be happier! First I paid them to do the garage floor, it is perfect. This was not a new floor and had salt destruction spots on it. Very nice!! But the customer service was absolutely the best. From when he came out to give an estimate, when I spoke to the girl on the phone, and when the workers came out, they were so polite and hard working. I have absolutely no complaints. I recommend this company without reservation!

I recently moved to a new home and called on Innovative Spaces to help me organize the new garage.
I was very happy with the work they did in my last home so I knew to expect a quality professional job. They are excellent communicators and spent time with me making sure the job was exactly what I had invisioned. Highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend them !! We had our 40 year old work shop floors polished and stained. The job turned out amazing. Great shine plus non slip. The price was very good ( a lot cheaper than the big company's). Erin knows his business well, I can't wait to get them to my personal house to finish my garage floor.

Excellent outcome! Erin brought color samples and photos and clearly explained the process. The installation itself took place on time and the results are beautiful. The floor has been installed only a short time but the performance has been great; it's durable and easy to keep clean. Our neighbors have been stopping in to say how nice it looks. The new floor makes the garage a much nicer place to work. A good investment.

I am over the moon happy with my pantry closet. It originally had wire shelves that were too short. It was hard to find anything because everything was so crowded. Trish listened when I explained what I needed to make the space organized and functional. The final design is simply spectacular. I highly recommend this company. Just beautiful end result!!

From the first phone call to the finished product (garage floor and hanging bike installations) these guys are top notch! They were on time, neat, polite and did amazing work, as promised. Absolutely love the new look. We would HIGHLY recommend them.

Erin really has a good eye for creating new, usable space out of old, unorganized areas. His easy-to-read plans & drawings include 3-dimensional views. Loads of finishes/styles to choose from too; quotes were itemized and very specific. The installations were perfect ( kitchen pantry, hallway entrance closet, two master bedrooms closets - one a walk- in) and the work areas were cleaned up after install The company was very responsive to e-mails, questions, changes to the plans etc.
We are planning to have Erin and has team come back and work on another kitchen pantry area and create an entertainment/dry bar area this spring. If I could give them more stars I would !

Perfect, yet again. Second time I am using Erins services for my home needs, with this time being the garage, with cabinets and some hooks etc. no job is too small I guess. It was meticulously performed, on time, and picture perfect. Could not have asked for more. Will be returning soon for garage flooring too.

I had previously used Innovative Spaces to do some cabinet work and garage and patio flooring. They did such a great job that they were the first ones I thought of when looking to redo the small kitchenette area at the office where I work. Erin and his Innovative Spaces team did an awesome job renovating the kitchenette area with new cabinets and countertop, making it a modern and much more functional space for the 80 employees in the building. Everyone comments how nice the area looks now and Innovative Spaces made it possible. Easy company to do business with and highly recommend them!

What a joy to work with Erin and Tricia. It couldn't have been better, but we found out it would be better: Tim and Jonas did the work to seal our garage floor, and they did an EXTREMELY good job. I cannot say they did just a good job, because it is magnificent. I found this company online, as opposed to word of mouth, so I was a little concerned about the higher quote. After meeting with Erin and discussing the details of the job, I hired them and I couldn't be happier with the initial results. Great looking floor and the cabinets are high quality! Great Workmanship all around.

My husband and I share a closet and we changed out the standard wire shelving for an Innovative Spaces closet. This is an investment and we are utilizing every inch of space possible. The installation went smoothly. I was impressed with their work ethic and they completely cleaned up after themselves when they were finished.

Innovative Spaces was really good at figuring out how to configure our closet for us. We told them what kind of items we had, and they came up with a design that looks nice, feels spacious, and accommodates everything.

We built a new home and our builder recommended Innovative Spaces. We worked with Erin at the showroom to organize our spaces. Although the showroom is small, they have plenty of selections. He helped us customize 2 shoe closets, a walk-in closet and pantry. Installation was quick and the materials are high quality. We were extremely satisfied with the whole process.

We recently had a storage system installed in our garage and closet drawers installed in our closet. Not only is the new space everything we hoped it would be, but it was done quickly, professionally and perfectly.

I had Innovative Spaces and Encore Garages build me a wardrobe for a bedroom and a serving buffet for an eat in kitchen in a lake cottage. The end product was beautiful & added so much functionality and storage to my spaces.

Recently, I added on a new master suite which included an incredible walk in closet. I immediately thought of Innovative Spaces & Encore Garage. They helped design a great space that is both beautiful & functional. The owners were flexible and worked with me when other parts of the project delayed my install.
