The team at Innovative Computer Services has been incredibly helpful. I have been buying a lot of stuff from these guys for office and home. Recently, I bought 10 core i7 laptops for office use from them, and have had no issues; they were a lifesaver when it comes to helping me pick the specs I would need. They are very reasonably priced and always provide exceptional service. They have won me over as a loyal customer and will be back for any tech goods from now on. Keep up the great work!

They fixed the drive on my laptop that was causing errors. It's worked fine ever since

I was informed my laptop's faulty keyboard will be checked for internal corrosion and will be replaced if required. The next day I found out that the keyboard is replaced with a different type having no back-light, without informing me. When I complained, the reply was that that was the only matching keyboard they had. Moreover, they never didn't try to remove any corrosion from the original keyboard although just a day before I was informed that they will try doing that to see if it works.

I think the guy has knowledge and skill but lacks professionalism.

Fast and good service I just dropped my laptop to the guys told them what the problem was and only took them a hour to fix ..and picked up on the same day now that's what you call service. .just please remember to smile and talk more to your customers but thank you so much for fixing my laptop guys ..

I ve been to this place a few times since June 2020 and every time I go there I have problems with my computer things missing out of my computer and I ve had them replaced the same thing twice now and they still can t get it right and over charge

Okay service though I can on time of their opening hours and it was closed for around 45minutes after the listed time.

I went to fix my laptop back cover and the Hinge, He just replaced the Hinge and the Back cover and He charged me $130 (that is excluding the parts as i had i a new parts ) and the camera didn t work at the end and he said it is not my responsibility i did my job.
Very expensive and not professional, i don t recommend this place to anyone

First time at this business last week needing to have videos and photo's from my crashed computer put onto.memory stick and external hard drive , it was a job and a half as the hard drive had just about had it the effort and price I was charged I was more then Happy with would highly recommend.them to everyone.

Good service though came 10m after opening time and they opened 30m after.

Cost effective and very knowledgeable group of experts.
