Inner Power Yoga

I cannot find any yoga studio like Inner Power Yoga, or let me just say I will not waste my time to look for any other yoga studio, because I have this adorable and comfortable yoga studio. A high-class studio but cheaper than any other place in town. They have all the yoga equipment and the ambiance helps you to relax and focus. They also have many different approaching instructors, they are friendly and polite that helps me all throughout the sessions step by step. I learned a lot of things here because of them. All amenities are also complete and clean. They also has a shop where you can choose any items you may need for yoga classes.

The instructor was at the front counter greeting us & chat with us individually. She is super friendly. She has been doing yoga for over 23 years, she is a pro!!

It is a very small class today. Everyone gets attention in the class. She has a wonderful assistant in the class helping us if we have problems with the poses. She gives great instructions in the class. She is awesome!

They also sell yoga clothing & other accessories.

They have their own parking lot at the back of the store. If the lot is full, there are street metered parking in the front & back of the store too.

I met Linda, the owner, 16, almost 17 years ago. She was the first yoga instructor I had ever had. I remember crying when I was in pigeon pose and wondering if I was crazy lol, only to find out it's a common thing when the great release happens. It was one of the most amazing workout experiences I've ever had. Linda then became family to me. She is like a big sister to me, and her yoga classes are unparalleled. She is hands down the best yoga instructor i have ever had. She is an all around amazing woman and if u want a hard core killer yoga workout she is the woman to go to. Love you Linda!!!!

I am from out of town and i tried the community yoga class with Maggie, it was a great class. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Looking forward to attending classes at Inner Power Yoga when ever I am visiting get my daughter.

I love this place though I don't go as often as I should. Go in stressed and come out with a whole new attitude , not to mention how good I feel physically. Wayne is my favorite instructor there. Been going to thisplace for years.

I've been going to Inner Power as long as I can remember. Once I discovered Linda, the other amazing teachers like Jonathan, Ish and Wayne (all offer something different & unique) and the wonderful community feel, I never went anywhere else. I was even motivated to complete teacher training with Linda, another wonderful experience. This is real yoga and non-threatening, instructors are always supportive, Linda is a gem, and fun!

I really enjoy this small studio and have definitely found some preferred instructors. It's so close I just ride my bike. Wish they had more available times. The student discount and packages available make it even more desirable and affordable to do yoga regularly <3

Inner Power is a fabulous, local studio. Beautiful facilities and a family vibe.

What does it say about a yoga studio that you have been with for over 15 years and love so much that when you move away you still take classes on zoom!
