It is very clean and relax place to stay in downtown Boston . It is close to many restaurants . Also , wholefood is located in the same building. The stuff of leasing office are so friendly .

I lived here for two years. When I move out, the apartment made up some random excuses and withheld the security deposit. The leasing team from two years ago was very nice but the current one was not professional.

Such a great apartment building with an unbeatable location. Also @joindoorbell host great events to bring the community together. One of my favorites was curious creatures. Where else can you hold a chinchilla and an alligator at the same time.

Extremely happy with my experience at Ink Block, wish I could have stayed there longer. It's a beautiful place and the staff is excellent. The new property manager, Michael Soto-Mendigorin, is outstanding. Great guy, great building.

Had a maintenance request. Steve kept me informed of the time he would show up. He was very pleasant and quickly identified the issue. I m confident if I have other maintenance requests in the future he will be quick to help.
The process of finishing paperwork was easy and friendly thanks to the amazing management team. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful to me. I feel very welcomed and I look forward to creating memories in this place.

Could not be happier at Ink Block. The amenities are awesome - super dog friendly, lots of community activities, concierge services, & underground access to Whole Foods.

We had a maintenance request, and Steve showed up within 1-2 hours of us requesting service. He was very friendly and personable. Most importantly he quickly identified the issue and solved it. Great experience overall!
I am one of the tenants here and would like to say they have one of the fastest services here. Any problem's that I have with the place, they'll come fix it the day after. Steve, a good guy part of the maintenance team, always does a quick and great job. Love this place!

Star is for the management, not the property its self. Mostly the leasing and front desk. My actual building attendant is very kind but unfortunately when it comes to requesting anything, the answe is always no. Moreover they genuinely enjoy turning you down.
Very accommodating to all needs! Whenever something needs to be taken care of it s done within 24 hours.
One minus is the pool, they shut it down very early in the season with like 3 days notice... and the patio access ends at 10pm. :(
