Ok place to work. I was hired quickly and got the hours I w aged.
The clients seems to be easy going and so far it has been a good experience

Been working here for 5 years and I can't complain. There is a lot of hours available for OT and you can choose the house your work at. The house managers are nice and easy to get along with. I've had few issues while working here.

DO NOT....I REPEAT DO NOT trust this company for your loved ones! I worked here over two years and the management DID NOT care at all for their clients or employees! They don t drug test or do background checks, and they ve been sued MULTIPLE times in the past. They even had to change their name. The living conditions of the clients in the homes are TERRIBLE. They have constant maintenance issues going on, and the homes are completely run down due to staff and management negligence. They barely get food as well. Management picks and chooses who to fire and who to not no matter how bad the case is. There s employees working for the company who has abused clients and made med errors, along with drinking on the job as well. This place is completely corrupt and they do t provide any PTO or sick time. Starting rate for a DCW is only 10.25!!! So glad I m out of this corrupt company. Please do not trust them!

If you have family member's being cared for by some of the employees that they hire. BEWARE keep an eye on your family members, Employees get high while taking care of their clients, some spend more time outside on the phone and smoking then inside with the patients and others like to get into verbal and almost physical confrontations instead of being inside taking care of the clients,

I was hired back in April and still work here. The management can be tough but fair. I started at $13 but I was hoping for a bit more. They care about their consumers and made sure that I was comfortable and trained before starting. Thanks
