I started using InfoQuest in around 1995~1996 when I got into the web design business. Honestly, its so long ago, I don't rightly remember the actual start date. They had (and still have) a model that worked great and allowed me to grow my company in leaps and bounds. At the height of my business they hosted over 75 of my customers and they still host about 20 of them. I have retired from the web design business, and my associate has taken over maintaining our legacy customers and adding new ones to his own portfolio. He too uses InfoQuest for his work.

InfoQuest has had a very steady, stable set of employees, making it extremely easy to work with them as they got to know my company and my team. Response times are fantastic - usually within 15 minutes I will get a response to an inquiry. Sometimes it takes a bit longer, but never more than 30 minutes.

I wholeheartedly endorse them. They are large enough to handle any type of web hosting, ecommerce or mail handling needs, but small enough for us to know them all by name, and them to know us.
