The service provided by Info Salons Group is excellent. I have been using their services for a few years now and I am always impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. Info Salons is a self proclaimed "leading event technology" company that is lead by overpraised CEO; Joanne Kelleway who practices a "toxic culture" within the company (well at least in Australia). But really, they are an expensive and low quality technology supplier as admitted by their own employees behind the scenes. So low that one of their biggest clients didn't renew or continue their contract with them. How embarrassing.
You can't trust the management in this company as discrimination, bullying, spying and unfair dismissals are considered acceptable by their CEO. One of their group managers demonstrated this by:
- Accusing an employee of looking at their watch for the purpose of boredom
- Deemed "following instructions" as blaming. e.g Asked employees for advice which was inaccurate. Advised the group manager where the advice came from and that was considered blaming.
- Making up non-existent accusations and intentions
- Threatening lower probation
- Purposeful employee discrimination by acts of isolation, exclusion, insult of experience and inaccurate instructions.
- Initiating a termination without allowing the employee to speak up
Don't embarrass your event with this company. They are a shameful and disgraceful company and should not be part of the Events industry. Use other companies with better products and better culture.
Their CEO received an enquiry about the above and she completely dismissed and ignored a request for an apology when requested. Pathetic.
