Infinity Dental Web

Infinity Dental Web did a fantastic job in the design and creation of my website. Since the initial phases they have responded quickly to any of my requests to change and update the site. In addition, they are currently working with me to get our office and staff more savvy with reviews and incorporating them into our overall marketing approach.

The company has great service and products. Their website is well-designed, user-friendly and very easy on the eyes. The team is supportive and very responsive to our needs. I'm very happy with Infinity Dental Web and recommend to everyone who needs a great website.

Dave, Chris and the whole Infinity team have been great to work with on our Website, Mobile site, as well as maps and social media. They do a great job and are always very responsive to our needs and requests.

It has been interesting the last few months seeing the types of new patients we are getting now that we are using the services of Infinity Dental Web. Instead of having new patients who are mainly searching for a family dentist, we have patients coming specifically asking for veneers, dental implants, and TMJ treatment. We can certainly see the results of the marketing they are doing for us! And it is exciting to have more of the cases on my schedule that I love doing! We have a gorgeous new website and are using the online marketing services of IDW....neither of which was "cheap" but sure seem to be worth it.

I ll begin by saying I m not one to write reviews and the few that I have written were all positive. This one will be the exception. I had been with Infinity Dental Web for many years and only within the last year have our results been declining. Early on when we first noticed a huge decline in the success of our marketing with Infinity we were told we needed a complete redo of our website. We took their suggestion and paid handsomely for a new custom website. I had suggested tweaking our exiting website but that was quickly discouraged. After a complete new website not only did we not see an increase in business but things continued to decline. When I contacted them and complained I was told I needed to integrate the new website with yelp, who they were now in a relationship with, and this would turn things around for us. After integrating yelp and still not seeing results I was directed and spoke to the owner Dr David Hall. Dr David Hall unformed me they had just hired some new writers because he was not satisfied with the current writers. Dr Hall added that they would take a closer look at my new website and at no charge make some changes. I immediately thought that these new writers would be just what our marketing program needed to get results.

I will take a break here and just say I gave been a dentist for over 20 years and understand that when it comes to websites and marketing, results take months to happen not weeks. I d also like to mention that throughout the whole entire process I had spoken to different people within Infinity s orfanization and it was one Doug Gillette who started my eye opening process. Doug explained I should not have been told to become a paid subscriber to yelp until I had increased my favorable reviews with yelp and that my marketing dollars would be better spent elsewhere. It was at this point my eyes opened even further to what was really going on. I was very thankful that Doug had spoken the first honest words I had heard from Infinity in some time. I now felt I was told to add yelp to my marketing program because of Infinity s new relationship with yelp and it would increase my monthly charges I would pay. The straw that broke the camel s back was that after my new website had been reviewed and changed by these new writers at Infinity I was on line checking on these recent improvements to our website. It was when I scrolled to the very bottom of my home page where people were supposed to be able to click on our address for directions. Instead of my address there were these words URL ADDRESS . I had no idea what this meant so I called my brother in law who is more knowledgeable in this area and he told me that the website had not been proof read for errors because if it had it would not of had URL ADDRESS . It would of had my actual address there people could click on for directions.

It was at this point I knew that I could no longer be a client if Infinity Dental Web and that they were not the thriugh direct and honest company I had been previously dealing with. I felt that they were more interested in adding to my monthly charges without increasing my monthly website s results.

IT IS FOR THESE REASONS THAT I WOULD NOT USE INFINITY DENTAL WEB FOR YOUR COMPANY S WEBSITE. Now that I am working with another company, who is just outstanding, for our website needs I feel resentful that once our results headed south that I stayed with Infinity for as long as I did. I should have jumped ship a long time ago. So save yourself the frustration and steer far and clear from Infiny Dental Web you will not believe what you are missing.

Our Dental practice has thrived under Infinity Dental Web s marketing expertise over the last few years. Somehow they are still exceeding our expectations!! We began with a badly needed website design and IDW delivered esthetics with excellent performance. This was after four other groups were unable to provide what we needed. Under IDW, our SEO results became what we had always hoped. Recently, we finally added some paid internet advertising since IDW had suggested over the years. These results are why I am writing this review today. I wish we had followed their advice on this sooner!! The take home message - IDW s team is the absolute best. If you are fortunate enough to get some of their advice, just follow it and enjoy the short cut to a real marketing impact. You can thank me later. :)

Before meeting Dr. Hall and Chris at a trade show, I had been using SEO firms without really much success, and felt as though I was just spinning my wheels and writing monthly checks. I was very intrigued by their claim and promise to generate traffic to my site. I decided to transfer one of my sites to their firm and put them to the test.
