A joke of a place to get loaded. Hours to get in, hours to load and hours to get out in the que. Health and safely to another level of stupidity hear. FLT drivers don't speak English to understand to move a pallet to get the bar back in. Then complain you ain't shutting your curtains. Only to need explaining again I can't shut them because you dont understand I need a pallet moved to put the bar back in you Idiot! Lucky to even get a star.

After reading other reviews about this place I was expecting the worst here! However, I found the gate staff very helpful (this was my 1st time tipping here), as were the check in office guys and the FLT driver too! Yes you need full ppe on and they want you to park on the bays absolutely perfectly, but nothing really elaborate just the same as a lot of places nowadays! Maybe my next visit will be different??? One thing, I wasn t weighed on the way in, but was on the way out, empty!

Health and safety you have to wear trousers? BUT you can wear short sleeved top or vest top...... I'm sure I open curtains with me arms not my legs and I don't think deer is harmful to skin. Staff ignore you very rude. Quite a stupid place with stupid people.

Loads of Covid restrictions and signs up all over the place, all being ignored and zero social distancing being practiced, drivers toilets are filthy! This place is asking for trouble.

If loading for export you'll need your own cmr form. Monday to Friday enter via the south gate, outside these tines use north gate. Can sometimes be a bit of a wait, but the new area has speeded things up a lot compared to the old days! Don't forget your hard hat
