I called 'Intouch' to get a price for our land line rental, call costs and internet supply and was astounded with the price quoted for our business lines.
We have just gone through the seamless transfer of our phone lines and internet provider with no down time at all.

I recently bought an Avaya IP500 telephone system from Intouch. Not only were there prices excellent they also provided us with excellent service. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a very bad experience with our previous supplier. When we switched to Intouch we could not believe how smooth the transfer went. All was set up prior to the move and the support was amazing. We had a few minor issues and they were dealt with promptly, not like with our old supplier where they would not get back to us. So glad we found Intouch and we certainly can recommend this company to everyone.

In Touch Communications makes my business run efficiently. The latest technology allows my calls to follow me, with no hassle - my desk phone rigs and my mobile rings too.

With the mobile app, I can easily change this setting (if I have my staff in the office and do not want to be disturbed and easily change it back when the office is unmanned and I don't want to miss that important call).

James Garland, the Managing Director, is the most helpful guy.. always wanting to provide the best service and achieves it 100% of the time. The best bit, is the great value in getting this fantastic service. A small upfront cost depending on the equipment you choose... then the monthly fee is brilliant value for the latest tech, reliable service and friendly top support.

I was recommended to Intouch Communications by a company called Electronic Frontier, so a big thank you to them for the referral. I was looking to change provider as the previous one couldn't handle the complexities of how I needed my phone system to work. I started dealing with George, who was fantastic with initially setting things up and even helped by speaking to the previous supplier when they were being awkward at my leaving. I also dealt with Alex who does the provisioning and he too was superb. I am so pleased I contacted Intouch, really chuffed that my phones now work exactly in a manner that suits my business.
