iMedia delivers great customer service every time I use them. My colleagues say the same. They also get back to you pretty quickly and take the time to explain what they are doing to find the solution which I appreciate. I highly recommend them. -PP

I am a technician for KAM appliance And have been trying for days to transfer files from one tablet to a new tablet. Called up imedia and Jason B got everything transferred over within a 1/2 an hour!! Unbelievable service what a great guy. They are definitely the best!!
