Their customer service works slowly, but they have a really good service and good products

Lovely restaurant and lots of furniture. In general, however, I find Ikea to oftentimes switch their inventory around too soon, meaning it can be difficult to find new replacement versions of a product you bought a year or two ago.

Everything for the home, reasonable prices and a very special shopping experience.

I have become good at finding my way - and most importantly, I am happy to know the shortcuts at IKEA.
Sometimes I come for a few specific products and then it's nice to be able to reach the box without the major detours.

Really good, had everything in stock we needed. However, I would like to think that there were several places you could have something to drink.

Super good workflow in the store. Everything is customer friendly and at reasonable prices.

Large and spacious stock sale of both cheap and medium-sized furniture of different quality (eg cheap table tops made of veneer and more durable table tops made of solid wood at an affordable price in terms of quality). This applies to pretty much all of their article groups.
There are staff in each subject area who can help and answer questions.



Large parking space and nice access to city bus (15) which runs straight to and from the curb.

Although there were many people the staff were nice and friendly. The prices are reasonable also on the food. All in all, a good place to buy furniture and all the other things you buy when you go around and look.

If it wasn't that big then they probably would have got the 5 star.

Beautiful, spacious Ikea with extremely friendly and helpful staff! The Ikea is spacious and is located just outside Aarhus. When we put together a Pax cabinet, we received all the necessary help. The food in the restaurant is great!

Large selection. Most items are of excellent quality. Fair prices. No ongoing salespeople.

Ikea does not comply with the warranty, it is fine to say that you give a 10-year warranty.
But if you have used your kitchen for the 10 years .. You can not complain about eg production errors.
And if the kitchen escapes in div. Bonding then it is due to moisture - there will always be moisture in a kitchen .. And the kitchen should be able to withstand the little bit there is.

Conclusion: buy an ikea kitchen, but if you use it - then the guarantee does not apply

Always takes an hour or more. Not Ikea's fault, but only where it happens

Super cozy place with a nice canteen, where there are views out to the light rail and beyond the countryside. Inside the store itself, it is nice and easy to understand and you have a good overview

As Ikea is. Many fun things you did not know you needed.

A lot of variety, good service and good prices. Everybody shops at Ikea for a reason. If you are looking for something simple and not overpriced, that's the place for you!

Stomach great store. The quality is like the price, low.

IKEA is always a pleasure visiting. Nice employees and a nice, clean warehouse. Very easy to find what you are looking for. Only have 1 complaint from a previous visit: (note this is 1 employee, among 100s we have been served by)
The employee "Lotte". a larger middleage woman was sat at the checkout and everything she scanned was thrown down the line. I dont know if she was responsible, but 2 of 8 bulbs didnt work when we came home, I suspect it was the cause. Due to this being the first time anything has been broken.
A quick phone call to head office made up for everything. We got a full refund for the 2 bulbs and a free meal at the restaurant. Very nice.

As I said. It's always a pleasure visiting.

Everyone knows IKEA... this one is just like the other Ikea's :) big, lots of furniture, absolutely packed when you pick the wrong time.. good to get all you need for your home!

It's a place. Not good, not bad. I do b everything my self and get decent prices in return

Ikea is just good. Excellent cheap food. Huge selection. And if you look in the drawers you can play cards in a living room.
