I love this place and of course the pancakes are delicious. They give really good service, I really suggest you come here.

I love I hope I recently found out they no longer serve Pigs in a blanket there for I'm giving it 3 stars food is great and service is great

Waitress and bus boy where laughing and giggling at eachother. Leads me to believe thats why she didn't get our order right. She was kind enough to split the creepes for my bf and I.

Never fails, quick, friendly and easy... this visit was A++++

Pros: They got us a table really quick.
Customer service was okay.(friendly)

Cons: Fork, knife still had food from other customers service.( Dishes not washed good)
Cups had hair on it.
Food was cold. (undercooked)
Forgot half of the food we ordered.

They gave me my food and they were freindly. The food was okay and so waa their coffee. What else could you ask for.

Besides the pancakes being great a next to the freeway easy access to anywhere.. and the food is great the big steak omelette is delicious.. k

Pancakes dry, tasted like Pantry pancakes which I don't like. Service was lacking. Improvement of batter is a must! Hash browns should be, well, brown for starters.

The best IHOP ever I went on my life. all the staff are great and Rigo the Little waiter he is such a nice server!!! love it.

The vegetable chicken salad is delicious! Probably my fav thing asides from their breakfast. They have really good omelettes. I prefer the night staff better than the morning; much more polite and attentive.

Ask for eggs Benedict it s part of their secret menu and it s so delicious

I like coming here after a night out. Lots of characters show up after 1am. Last time I went my waitress seemed to be under the influence of something, not that I care because she still did her job correctly....just found it interesting and amusing.

Cool building with big patio. Old skool California style. Great staff. Sadly, ihop portions are small and the prices are large, so I am disappointed every time I go to one, which isn t often.

This IHOP is on Figueroa exiting Highland Park. Right next to the entrance to the 101 freeway and the Home Depot. The service is decent the food is good.

Tonight we had some of the best t-bone steak we've ever had at IHOP

That one star is being generous. WAY overrated !! I went went the other day with a friend and neither of us had a big appetite. We each had a short stack with a cup of coffee. 19.44 !! Can you believe that ! Wow I sure didn't see that one coming. Thanks IHOP for making my wallet 20 dollars lighter for a couple of peices bread and a cup of coffee.

I have live around this area for 40yrs and i have gone to this Ihop 3times not good food . take long to serve you, the servers are not friendly, and on weekends its ridiculouse you have to wait for 45 min. when i go to dennys I get the same food for 3 people and i pay $25 but I when to Ihop got the same things for 3people it was $45 nope 3times is toooo many times at Ihop

This location is terrible, I feel like this is my third bad experience here, they sat us down, ask what we wanted to drink and we told them we were ready to order and he said hes only taking drink orders because his "cook is stuck at the moment" and he left and said that his manager was coming to help take our order, then.... drank my first cup of coffee waited 20 min looked around then said ok theres another 2 couples waiting to get their orders taken then waited just a bit more, at this moment I thought this place should be called IHope they take my order!!! Anyway we got up went to go pay our drinks and they didnt know where we were sitting no clue, and the whole crew of waiters just standing around doing nothing looking clueless, they told us to just go and I didnt even complain to them they knew they were sucking lol anyways never again.R.I.P ihop on fig. Should of been a ihob

please check your order before you leave, they're always missing something, order a swedish crepes, got plain crepes instead and no syrup . sadly this is not the first time

Pretty long wait for a table, and it was very busy. Good food though.

Very big IHOP. A little bit bigger than what I'm use to. Service here was phenomenal. Food was good as well. We did send back our hashbrowns bc they were too lightly cooked/colored & cold. We love our hash to be a little crispy. Ours weren't crispy at all. Pancakes & Eggs were a ten and hot. Bacon could be thicker but always tasty at IHOP.

Its 24 hours! Plenty of parking and the restaurant isn't in a super busy area with heavy heavy traffic. Would definitely come to this location again.

The fries were awesome. It wasn't crowed on a Tuesday night.

It's one of the few places you can sit down and eat at a late hour in the heart of downtown Los Angeles.

Five stars for service!! Went there on Xmas eve at around 2am. It didn't seem that because we were one of three tables there that the service was great, I think the waiters personality is the same whether it's 2am or 2pm.

Food is really good and fast. The service it's ok.
The place is dirty, hig chairs always grease and dirty, restrooms un-attendant

We love it I don't live close to one but don't mind the drive. Perfect place to meet up with family and friends. And the menu has something for everyone. Always good service.

I got the sampler and the chicken was over cooked and rubbery and the onion rings were over fried

I just don't understand what's so hard about an Eggwhite omelette with spinach bacon and Swiss cheese. And I'm given an omelette with the 3 ingredients plus tomatoes and avocado all on top of my omelette!!! Not what I asked for! REALLY!?!?!

What can I say about IHOP? The food taste pretty much the same no matter which IHOP location you are visiting. What can I say about this particular IHOP? When it's late night and you aren't quite ready to let the night end this is a great place to keep the night going. It is full of shady individuals who usually keep to themselves. Nothing fancy no glamour but just a place to eat something to keep the night going.

I dont know Anything about anything but I think something about this is important for me to say when I say it's I like to share come on my mouth when I say it's and I have some time share that to the world and I think you said jin Yan is super important my opinion is super important yes I think my opinion is very very important and my opinion is important a nurse and when I think about my opinion is that is important and I think that this place could be good when I go there soon very soon I might go there very soon in some very short amount of time in the future if I time travel I could be there ihop or Denny's I'm not sure yet but this ihop could be the one as I live closer to this I've been I do the demon's and so I'm not sure yet but I will let you know and if some of this doesn't make any sense it's because the tap to talk feature is in that good and yes thank you have a good night's

I sat at the counter because I was in a hurry. After the check finished making my food, I saw it sit there for longer than 5 minutes while the staff were hanging out and socializing. They finally brought me my food and it was not very warm. Then when I was done eating, I had to wait a long time for somebody to come give me my check and take my money. Then oh, she did not bring me my full change she only gave me the dollars and left out the Loose Change. I had to ask her for the loose change. Not cool

I really enjoy the food and I texted the 888111 number and it gave me a coupon for buy one entree get one free. Great Deal the only thing is the pancakes just fell apart. They were very flakey. However everything else was great including the service.

This restaurant will treat you like you are the most important person in the world! The service was outstanding. The food was an experience from start to finish, and the wine that was suggested was perfect for the meal. I am a true foodie, so for me to say this is the best meal I've ever had. We all loved it, and I cannot wait to come back.

This visit was my first to this location. A lot of free parking available for customers. Waiter was friendly and prompt. Food was fresh and good. At the end stuff presented my little daughter a bunch of air balloons - she was happy to get it! Thank you for that attention to us.
But I would like to mention few points:
* A knife was under our table left by someone from previous customers.
* Waiter mixed up our order and brought us wrong coffee.
* Our entree was brought without garlic bread (on the menu it goes with it)

* Waiter hasn't left us those peace of receipt with the survey...

Overall impression is positive, but it would be better if there would be less confusion from stuff about the orders.

Food is not what ihop used to be, now portions are smaller taste is mediocre and expensive, this restaurant lives out of past years reputation and lazy people. I went there Sunday morning wait was not long, place was busy, cooks were shouting ambiance was very loud, waiter just took the order and never bother to attend table I even had to wait for the bill. I'm going to support local independent owned business and find a Better place to get breakfast on weekends.

I ve always loved IHOP it never ever fails ! Been coming to this location for 5 years now with the family and we love it! Always yummy and delicious. They always have hot coffee ready to serve. The holiday menus are always fun as well. The kiddos love the kids menu too. Highly recommend !

Great place to chill, get away, eat some good food. This place has a good atmosphere.
