I had high hopes when I purchased my CNC machine from this company, but the experience fell short. The machine itself has various inconsistencies that affect my workflow. Customer support was also lacking, with slow response times that only added to my frustration. Overall, the product did not meet the expectations set by the marketing, leaving me quite unsatisfied.
