I had a situation which required access to this service. I was treated with respect and dignity along with confidentiality.
I was told their funding has been reduced ( shame on our government).

Very kind and helpful people very nice felt no judgement and the shrink lady they've got is one hell of a cougar

I highly do not recommend IFYS to anyone, no matter what you do or how clean your house is, they will do everything they can to keep your bond and then use every excuse under the sun to make sure you either dont get your bond back or only get 5% or 10% of your bond back. Very upset with they're service and will never go through them again.

I can't thank IFYS and their hard working, determined staff enough; for providing their amazing support from the onset.

This is a great agency for young people and families who need support or counselling. Programs are provided and referrals to other services. The youth workers are great with the young people and well respected. Don't hesitate to contact this service for help or advice. Court support, limited help financially with some services, and food parcels and toiletry products are given free for those on a centrelink benefit. Look into all that's on offer by calling this friendly down to earth service.

Do not pay there staff and make every excuse not to.
