I am very happy I spoke to someone from this company. They were not pushy and they were very kind. My situation was a little different but they were up for the challenge and guided me through the process of finding the right insurance for me and my family. I appreciated their knowledge and explanations of terms that I wasn't very familiar with. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for insurance needs especially if in California. I will definitely use this company in the future. They are truly the best!

Nothing but good reviews about everyone I came in contact with while working for Ideal Concepts. Management was great, training was extremely helpful, and my recruiter Erin Rudolph was fabulous! Through each step of my employment process she was right there with me making sure I had everything required to make me successful and always made herself available to answer any questions I may have about the company or what to expect in my role as an agent.

What wonderful customer service! I usually hate phone calls like this, but with this company I didn t - it was such a pleasant experience! The man who helped me on the phone was so patient and answered EVERY ONE of my questions ( and believe you me, there were a lot haha). I am so excited to have such great health insurance now! Low-class fly-by-night operation with incompetent agents and even more incompetent leadership. Not fit to buy from or work for; give this one a miss and save yourself the aggravation.

Please run from this opportunity. Don t waste your time or money. They ask you to spend almost 1,000 promising that you will make lots of money. That s a lie what you get is stale leads ,and customers cursing you out. The products they sell is horrible and are very expensive. Just a joke I got played.

I worked for AIO for a little over a year. It is great, at first, until their Compliance Team decides to vet against you. They leave no room for human error or learning and even say you are making mistakes when you are not. Once they vet against you, you are locked out of the lead system no matter what you do (even if you explain what you did was not a mistake). When on the phones, you do your best to follow the script and ensure compliance is on track but, at some point, the Compliance Team will vet against you and there is nothing you can do about it. Also, as I later found out when I took another contract selling life insurance (with another company that sold entirely different products even), that AIO owns you when you contract with them. They are a captive agency, which means that once you contract with them, you are not allowed to contract with any other insurance company. Leaving AIO was the best decision I could have made!

Deb Swider was great to work with. I highly recommend going through her. She was professional and clear when communicating what was covered. She asked great questions to get me a personalized quote and set me up with a great deal on insurance. Thanks Deb!

I went through 5 agencies that were SCAMS. The ones that hire you right away and say "hey do you know anyone that needs a job?" I'm new to the industry and I didn't get it right away, until a FEW days later. You're immediately just a number, a pyramid. I had given up trying to find a job in this industry. I couldn't believe how many agencies are out there taking advantage of potential clients. Literally knocking on doors, just to get inside and pitch something to a senior citizen and they really don't even understand or know any better. It's disgusting.

Right when I wanted to give up, I landed with Ideal Concepts and I realized within the week, that this is a company that you picture what an insurance agency should be like. Go to their website and look at their team. They do not have guido suits on, the slick back hair holding a microphone on. They mean business. They don't promise you "a jet", they promise you success if you came to play. Talk to Matt Foley or Mike Zitzke ...

I was having issues with my medicare health plan ALWAYS wanting to provide or deny services and or medications based on referrals or prior authorizations...for EVERYTHING and violating the maximum time period to make a decision which 95% was a denial. I called Denise Floyd and it was worth the phone call. The nightmare was finally over.

I stated what I had and wanted to keep (Doctors, Silver Sneakers benefits and the Nifty After Fifty Physical Therapy services currently using) plus get dental services so desperately needed that wouldn't cost me 20-30K out of pocket expenses...well I got that and vision, hearing and transportation services. This is an amazing place to work for, by far the best job I have ever had. You can actually be proud of the job that you do because the company cares about who is working for them. They truly want happy employees and of course happy clients. Whether you are an employee or a client, you are truly going to be taken care of.
