I have been in the industry for 15 years and have used other industrial AC units. Ice Qube by far has had the best customer service. My sales representative Crystal Beers has always come thru with rapid response, quick quotes, and has helped in finding the correct product for the application. Ultimately this level of customer service has helped the end user get the winning solution delivered on time and within budget. Crystal and her team are top notch as well as the Ice Qube product line they represent. 5 stars is not enough, 11 stars for her and her team.

Worst buying experience I have ever had in my 25 years of being in my field. They will be nice to you till you have a issue and trust you'll have one i had units sent back multiple times most of them wouldn't even turn on. So it's like a game of Russian roulette but with your company. Buyers beware my company lost thousands due to the incompetence of Iceqube.
