These people are crooks, they don't pay their subcontractors. The COO Ryan Coats is very unprofessional. Never returns a call. DO NOT DO BUISNESS with these people.
I own a home in Kailua-Kona, HI, that I made available for ICC "professionals" to rent for 14 months. ICC has been working to help rebuild the Kona Brew Pub.
ICC was responsible for paying the rent for my home. However, ICC stopped rent payment two months before the lease was to end. Their "professionals" left suddenly and left the doors open, the air conditioner running, a broken bathtub and toilet, dirty dishes, and no rent for August or September. In short, they trashed my place and short changed my rent by $7000.
I have sent messages to the CEO, and the CFO for ICC, and gotten no response. A former employee for ICC on the Kona Brew Pub project told me he thinks ICC is run by a bunch of crooks. A project manager with the Kona Brew Pub says her company agrees with that assessment. She says she has and to go to bat for a number of subcontractors, who were not paid by ICC for the work they did.
They may provide lower bids than their competition, but that appears to be at the expense of subcontractors and people like me who have provided housing for their employees.
I've worked with ICC on several projects and admire their professionalism and efficiency.
