DO NOT BUY or SELL a home here! Purchased house from this broker, communication was very difficult. Only got input after I asked for it myself. At some point the seller went to ask me what the status of the purchase agreement, etc. was. In addition, I bought the house from them at the end of June and they are still on Sold to this day with reservation. Bad business and after calling 3x and emailing 2x this was not resolved by them.

Worst real estate agency I know. Very bad service, uncooperative and when you say something about it the lady on the phone says that not me (the buyer), but the seller is a customer and determines if they have good service. Ridiculous

Very bad, they do not listen to your criteria. Showed me an apartment that was completely not suitable. Unprofessional staff, not friendly and unresponsive to emails. Took 2 weeks to respond to an email. There are better makelaars out there. We ended up purchasing our property with JLG Makelaars.
