The Institutes for the Achievement of Human Potential, commonly known as IAHP, is a non-profit organization that has been dedicated to childhood development for over 60 years. The organization was founded by Glenn Doman and Carl Delacato in 1955 with the aim of helping children with brain injuries and developmental delays.
IAHP's mission is to help children reach their full potential by providing them with the tools they need to succeed. The organization offers a range of programs and services designed to support both well children and those who have suffered brain injuries or other developmental challenges.
One of IAHP's most well-known programs is its Early Development Program (EDP), which is designed for parents who want to give their child the best possible start in life. The EDP focuses on developing a child's cognitive, physical, and social skills from birth through age six. It includes activities such as reading, music, math games, physical exercise, and more.
Another program offered by IAHP is its Brain-Injured Child Program (BICP).
