There is simply something reassuring about entering into any conflict with the right team. I am a serial entrepreneur that has to deal with all kinds of legal issues. I also am the founder of a 501(c)3 which I established to help our school-aged youth. Hutchison & Steffen is my go to firm. They have helped me with leases, law suits filed against my businesses and law suits that I have had to initiate against others. I worked with Russel Geist to form out 501 (c) 3 and to establish Bylaws for dozens of corporations. Patricia Lee handles the more litigious situations for my companies. The firm also has assisted with the drafting of our family trust. Through every legal situation the attorney s I worked with were accessible and took the time to fully understand our needs prior to taking any actions or making any recommendations. Law firms are like doctors and it alway sucks when you need them but if the situation arises you want to make sure both the doctor or attorney you use knows what they are doing and can keep you whole.
