I recently had the opportunity to work with this tree service company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information I needed. Their customer service was decent, as they were responsive and answered my questions in a timely manner. The crew that came to trim the trees in my yard was professional and did a satisfactory job. However, I did notice a few small issues with the clean-up after the job was completed. There were some branches and leaves left behind, which required me to do some additional cleaning up myself. While I appreciate their reasonable pricing, I do feel that there is room for improvement in terms of attention to detail and thoroughness.
