Okay experience. I didn't enjoy the fact that I had to leave my cat for several hours at this Banfield vet location or that this location isn't designed for me to stay with my pet. I wish the vet had an actual store to go to (like the one in California). The staff is always nice, but how it's managed is unknown. I don't like my cat taken into a room full of animals. He was a stress ball the rest of the afternoon.

Beginner puppy training with Judy was really helpful. We have 2 Goberians (large puppies) and in 6 weeks they were sitting, laying down, loose leash walking and paw, focus on trainer, managing distractions, riding in the car, walking the store, greeting other dogs and new people. Judy has lots of patience and gives helpful tips to make practice easier! Thanks Judy! Can't wait for advanced class

Went to this Petsmart today to go get some cat food. A worker there named Matthew helped me find the exact brand I needed and even gave me some more information on the product that I didn't know about! He was super helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely come to this store again.

We took our pug puppy to the puppy training class taught by Judy. It definitely made a huge difference in his ability to focus. I would highly recommend this training class for people with young dogs. It definitely sets a good foundation for good behaviors. Their grooming department also always takes very good care of Theo.

The service is always good. They have everything we need for our pets. The location is very convenient too. When you adopt a pet, they give you a lot of coupons. The have a training school for your pets too. And the schedule is very flexible. The Banfield hospital is inside, it's a bonus.

Knowledgeable staff and great at teaching tips about everything you need! Building and atmosphere are always pleasant, friendly.
Never have had any problems with staff and during the pandemic, this place has been great at keeping costumers safe.

My puppy recently graduated from the puppy class at PetSmart in Oviedo. I was very satisfied with the amount of information and training my puppy and I received the 6 week puppy training class. After class and practicing at home I already seen my puppy focus on commands. I was very satisfied with the trainer Judy. She explained learning outcomes and took time to address and answers questions every session. The class got to recap from the previous week and Judy would observe progress and work with the puppy's provided one on one if needed. It was also fun to have opportunities to practice in the store to continue practicing in real situations. I signed up for the bundle package and I am looking forward to the next intermediate class.

I was having a very hard time with my puppy. He had some behavioral issues and I didn t know how to fix it. It was very stressful and my last option was training. I am happy that I took my puppy to training because I was on the verge of finding a new home. The training taught me how to communicate with my puppy and letting him know what behavior is acceptable. I am enjoying my puppy more and we both are understanding each other better. I am a happy parent. Thank you Judy, Petsmart (Oviedo).

Amazing experience! I took my German Shepherd puppy for a bath and they were amazing! He came back clean and happy! Definitely going back!

I did the beginner training class with my puppy, and I am very happy that I did. Prior to taking this class my puppy had a hard time with listening to me. He came when he wanted to and just did not take my authority well. After taking the beginner training class with Judy, my puppy has gotten a lot better with me being in charge. Judy helped me a lot with knowing how to train my pup and she taught me how to be patient with his progress. I really enjoyed that Judy taught me what to do step by step. As the weeks went by, I noticed that I was able to train my pup at home. I left the class feeling more comfortable and confident in my pup.
