I had high hopes for the experience, but it fell short in several key areas. The booking process was straightforward, which initially seemed promising. However, the vehicle arrived late, throwing off our planned schedule.
When we finally boarded, the interior was not as clean as expected, and the amenities did not match the descriptions provided on the website. The sound system was underwhelming, making it difficult to enjoy the music we had chosen for our event.
Furthermore, communication with the staff was lacking. I had questions prior to the event that went unanswered. Overall, my experience was far from what I anticipated.
