Outstanding hotel! Spent 5 days there early Sept. all Covid protocols are followed. Every single employee was outstanding. Room was spotless with comfy beds. They did clean rooms daily. We ate in every restaurant in hotel and all were great. Try the breakfast sandwich - they re crazy good! Hotel Nelligan is remarkably good value for money. Will be back.
My wife and I just celebrated our wedding anniversary with the wonderful staff of hotel Nelligan and let me say, they made it worth while! From our arrival at the front desk with included valet, through our mixologist taking care of us at our private dinner in a different room than our own and what could I say about the food... Everything was perfect!! I'd recommend to anyone from Montreal or abroad, if you simply want to get out of the house for a night or that you have something special to celebrate. The private dinner and stay for two is what you want with included breakfast in bed

Amazing hotel in Vieux Port Montreal on St Paul street. Friendly and very accommodating staff. Super clean rooms. Extremely comfortable king sized beds. Great cafe, rooftop restaurant and exercise room. Would definitely stay here again!
While I was going out people was still talking about the flower that the receptionist did in occasion of my girlfriend a birthday.
Stay perfect , dinner perfect and also breakfast .
When we enter I asked for some roses petals and a bottle of Prosecco and it was in the room with the flower that I asked and it took less then 1 hour for the girl to do it .
I m just too much sorry that I didn t know how to have a tip to her because for real she was exceptional , her support alone value 5 stars.
Tv is working fine , also air conditioning so stay away from fake reviews

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE The Nelligan. Great location, boutique style with everything one would need, even during Covid. Service was "at a distance" but very effective and cordial. Located within walking distance of a ton of restaurants and there's beautiful architecture around every corner. Just out the front door of The Nelligan you will find some GREAT little shops and superior art studios, a little something for everyone. Experience the REAL Montreal, you won't be disappointed.

Staff and service was great considering covid restrictions...nice couples get away...considering we live 10 minutes away
I am so impressed with the professionalism and hospitality of the staff. I made a special request to have a customized cake and sparkling wine sent to our room before arrival to the staff via email, and the staff members went above and beyond my expectations. In addition, the room looked stunning and was very clean and spacious. I had an absolutely wonderful stay and experience at Hotel Nelligan. I would definitely come back again very soon for another staycation.
Generally nice hotel, in good location. Rooms are very outdated and not in a charming kind of way. Old clunky furniture that makes it feel more like a holiday inn near an airport. The stone walls and fireplace definitely help improve it. The wifi is awfully slow, don't expect to stream well, and the TV falls in the same category as the furniture (don't expect to be able to cast anything).
