Fantastic customer service. Prime location. Great amenities. Has become our favorite hotel in NOLA.

Very nice Hotel with rooms decorated with a New Orleans vibe. The lobby is beautiful with gorgeous chandeliers. This is right near the French Quarter, and we could see Bourbon Street from our window, which was over on the next block. Great location to see all the attractions on Bourbon Street, The French Quarter, and Jackson Square. The Hotel staff was very friendly, and they let us keep our car parked in their underground garage all day the next day, even after we checked out, so we could go sightseeing. The price was very reasonable for such a nice Hotel, only 259.00 per night. Only one problem, they do not allow guests in the restaurant unless you can show proof of Covid vaccination. They do this all over New Orleans. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

Overall the hotel is beautiful but I don't like that you have to be vaccinated to eat in the bar. We can spend the money to sleep here but not to eat.. maybe it's just me but that doesn't make any sense.

I love the staff! Everyone is wonderful and goes out of their way to help me. This organization is like a family and treat you and protect you as their own. I love each and everyone that works here. I love this hotel!!! Beautiful property, comfortable beds, clean rooms, great water pressure in the shower, wonderful service, the list goes on. The carousel bar is a must experience. I don't thinkni can stay anywhere else on future NOLA trips, nothing compares!

Make sure to use H . when booking any hotel. This web site will compare countless hotel sites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be let down.

Fabulous place to stay. We stayed for 3 nights and the staff made us feel like family. The Carousel Bar is great and lots of fun. We were sad to leave but will definitely stay here next time we come to town.

A great hotel should have everything on point. A great location, luxurious amenities, courteous professional staff, and if they have a bar and restaurant it should have a wow factor. The food and drinks should be great! The Hotel Monteleon has been and continues to be a great hotel!!! Thanks for a wonderful stay. The location is great. You're in the Quarter but not IN the Quarter. The hotel staff is AMAZING! They are all so attentive, friendly and helpful! We especially appreciated Cedrick (Doorman). He was funny and very helpful during our stay. The bar is gorgeous and vaccine cards are inspected upon entrance. Drinks are pricey but that's to be expected. And that's where the glitz ended. The rooms are not up to date...which is fine. But they weren't as clean as one would expect. The shower curtain was laced with mold/mildew, as was the bathroom ceiling. The bed skirts are covered in stains and everything was over the top dusty. This historic gem left a LOT to be desired.

Came for a conference at the hotel, would certainly stay there any other time. What an amazing hotel. Gorgeous trip through time. Such a great break from contemporary hotels. I found myself watching the history of the hotel a number of times on the in-room TV. Impossible not to feel some nostalgia for the past. Very cool place.

Stay on floor "14"! Swim in the rooftop. Look up at the chandeliers. Talk to people in the elevators. The beds were so comfy. Room was clean, quiet, restocked daily, and felt Parisian & well cared for historic. Customer service was great. It was not cheap, but worth it. We really enjoyed our stay.
