The buffet was there. Actually good, but a bit overpriced.
Revision: Well, that you have answered. The one star was a mistake. 4 are definitely worth it.

The hotel was already getting old. The shower tub with a small glass partition makes it almost impossible to take a shower without putting the bathroom under water. On the bed neither a socket nor a bedside table. Breakfast very expensive.

The room was superb. The staff on reception were professional and very polite. The bar staff on the evening was originally from Rominia and I would like to thank him for his excellent service and superb barman skills. A great asset to the hotel as his bar knowledge was beyond most professional bar staff.
The breakfast presentation and staff again was well above my expectations.
Overall a great hotel, great room with superb food and beverages. Would defo return.

Too bad that the sauna only 17 o'clock opens .... especially on the weekend would be better or on request / registration better!

Actually, everything is very good. The fitness area is first class, otherwise everything according to the demands of the hotel management. What is very negative are the uninterrupted teachings about Corona in the breakfast room. It is made abundantly clear to disinfect your hands and then fill out the slip of paper at the table, not only at reception, but also at the table, several times a day. Once is enough, continuous instruction with a raised index finger is totally annoying!

It was a wonderful weekend all round. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. In the evening we had a perfect 3 course menu and the breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. The hygiene measures and rules were implemented and adhered to without gaps.
The next vacation is already being planned

I thought it was nice, quiet at the park and lake and I was pleased with the dogs blanket, bowls and even a few dogs biscuits. All very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. TV with many programs and SkyCinema. After a hard day just right. In the city we needed on foot about 20 minutes

We were absolutely thrilled from the journey (help over the phone) to our stay.
Super friendly staff, nice and clean rooms with upscale furnishings, great location, varied delicious breakfast.
All in all, we were very satisfied and would always like to come back.

The service was impeccable, the facilities were great - the meeting room was perfect for the size and type of meeting we held. The food was amazing - next time I would allow more time to enjoy it all!

Reception was excellent - warm and you were provided with lots of information! The hotel is great: not far to the city center but by the location on the lake also "close to nature".
Very positive we found that we got a room upgrade anyway we traveled with a coupon booklet! The rooms are modern and clean.
Dinner in the restaurant was good, small mistakes were repaired!
The breakfast was excellent - very large variety and very good offer (only the Aufschnittplatte would have to get another place, by heat at the "egg station" looks unappetizing).
Overall a good hotel!

Peak Hotel. Absolutely friendly and competent staff in all areas. Great room. Giant breakfast with everything you could wish for.

We liked it very much.
To room 063 we noticed that a possibility of warming the area
Bathroom would be very good. Unfortunately there is no floor heating there,
so that the area is very cold. In winter, that is not so comfortable.
The breakfast was great, there is nothing to complain about, as well as the friendly staff.

Nice hotel in a good location with extremely friendly, helpful, flexible and competent staff and very good restaurant.

on checking in and entering the room - remote control to TV did not work, shower gel and soap was nearly finished (last for 1 out of 3 people in the party). EUR25 for a breakfast is far overcharged for what you get.

A great hotel, staff and atmosphere were very good.
I was also very satisfied with the breakfast, there is a lot of choice and you have enough time.

Reception is friendly and happy to explain how to get into town by bus, but unfortunately she doesn't know what a ticket costs.
Restaurant has a very good kitchen, just like the breakfast TOP! My room (259) had the world's best air conditioning, you never heard it, temperature and humidity were always great. The negative was that the cobwebs were hanging near the air conditioning and whoever painted the ceiling forgot to put the brush in the paint bucket again. Have never painted a ceiling before, but even I would have done better. So cobwebs and the dumpy ceiling does not work, so only 2 stars. Wi-Fi is free, but you can't use it for it either, if you want more steam you have to pay for it.
The sauna is only open from 5 p.m., far too late for me.
It was nice, but I don't have to have this hotel again.

Had been upgraded to the sleep comfort floor.
Super hardness adjustable mattress.
It's just a shame that the ventilation in the bathroom is always on and cannot be switched off and also very loud ... even the best mattress doesn't help if it keeps humming.

Breakfast is very good.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious, clean and good. The staff was friendly and the food tasted good. For me personally, I have already received more in this price range.

Once the room was not made, the lady at the front desk did not care.
Sitting at the bar 20 minutes before empty glasses, bartender "is so much going on today". Can he give himself, since both of us have been running non-stop, ignoring us; see reception!
For the price simply "no go"

Actually a fine hotel with nice staff in a quiet location. But the overall impression was strongly clouded by nocturnal and morning, hours of disturbances. The windows of our room pointed to the entrance area. Sleeping with an open window was practically impossible. From Friday to Saturday until 2 o'clock in the morning, the smokers of a Christmas party raged out loud. On Saturday at about 7 o'clock in the morning tree work began with chainsaws and the night from Saturday to Sunday was again crashed by a carnival company. Only a call at 3 o'clock in the morning at the reception caused the staff to take action against the Radau. With all the love, but such a thing every village pub had better control.

A comfortable, quiet and well-placed hotel. My room and bed were conducive to a good nights sleep. Our conference facilities were faultlessly managed and serviced. The food was enjoyable and the location meant a pleasant, scenic walk into the lovely town of Munster. Thank you to all the staff.

Very friendly service this afternoon in the cafe. Felt perfect and comfortable. The lady has reddish, short hair; if the others of their colleagues are like that, it's a gain for the seagull pick. We'll be back

Hotel in a walking distance from the city center, quiet and pleasant. Green surroundings.
Right next to the hotel, there is a constant problem with the parking place, but you just have to stop a little closer to the street and the place will be found.

The hotel is no longer "dewy", which you also notice when you look very closely ... but really very precisely ... otherwise it is not obvious. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. The food in the restaurant, whether in the evening a la carte or for breakfast, is extensive and tasty. The cake buffet in the afternoon is a feast for the eyes ... and accordingly delicious. All in all a very nice hotel and absolutely recommendable.

Folding bed not worthy for a hotel room of this category. "View" on a corrugated iron wall.

The room was in a quiet location (room number 59). The bed was unfortunately a so-called. "Murphy bed" with a very thin partition to the next room. Here you should perhaps think about more soundproofing, unfortunately you could hear every word from the next room.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, even during Corona. Located directly on the beautiful Aasee. We felt very comfortable.

Rarely having had such a bad coffee the breakfast was in the big hall is like a station atmosphere. The breakfast was more but neither was absolutely nothing special.
